Cristiano Ronaldo recently set a new record by gaining the most YouTube subscribers in just 90 minutes, but Jake Paul doubts the soccer star will ever reach the same subscriber count as YouTube giant MrBeast.
Despite Ronaldo’s incredible initial surge, Paul doesn’t think Ronaldo will catch up to MrBeast’s 300 million subscribers.
“The wait is over,” Ronaldo wrote on social media to announce the launce of his YouTube channel. “My YouTube channel is finally here! SIUUUbscribe and join me on this new journey. Link in bio!”
Paul, who knows the ins and outs of YouTube with his own substantial following of around 20 million subscribers, actually commended Ronaldo for his rapid success. However, he believes that MrBeast’s subscriber base is in a completely different league.
“Kudos to him,” Paul told TMZ Sports. “Hopefully he drops some awesome videos and I think it’s dope that he’s on the platform.”
Impressive numbers
Ronaldo’s numbers continue to grow, having already surpassed 39 million subscribers, but Paul predicts that this growth will eventually level off.

While Ronaldo may not catch MrBeast on YouTube, he remains the king of Instagram, where he has a massive 637 million followers, far outpacing MrBeast on that platform.
